I am soups proud of myself. Taking it day by day. I hope to be 185 before my 21st Birthday (May 2nd). Think I can do it? :)
My food for the day. I ate a big lunch, and had a banana for dinner. If I’m hungry after the gym, I’ll eattt.
Off to the gym!
Summer 2012 begins in a few months. I’m back on it, because you know what… I hate staying the same weight for three months.
Encouragement needed :P But I GOT THIS.
Also, I’m sick right now, so yeah, perfect time? Haha.
No idea why, haha. I want an hour session in. I only got to work out 40 minutes the other day, and then I was not home yesterday. Boo :(
I really want to switch up the cardio to get time a-moving. Maybe a few minutes of weight lifting as well.
My plan for today:
15 minutes of running at interval training
10 minutes on stationary bicycle, intervals of 2 fast and 2 slow
30 minutes on Arc Trainer
5 minutes of rowing
(Hopefully) 10 minutes of arms, abs, and legs.
