Motivation + Some Water

some_text

Well, my name is Brittany. I'm 20 years old. As soon as I got home from school I decided, "Shit, I need to change this. I need to feel comfortable with my body.. in my skin". And so, I began my journey to being healthy. I also started running. Mind you, I never could run. I have Hypothyroidism, so that of course deters my weight loss a bit. I just want to prove to the world that victims of this disease CAN lose weight.

40 CALORIE OATMEAL-RAISIN COOKIES!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup WW flour
1/4 cup oats
Pinch of baking powder
1/4 cup stevia
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp walnuts (optional)
1 tbsp raisins (optional)
Splash of vanilla
3 tbsp egg whites
2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp water
Method:
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add wet ingredients
Shape 13 cookies onto parchment paper or a greased cookie sheet
Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes
If you keep out the raisins and walnuts, the base of each cookie is only 32 calories. Also, feel free to substitute in chocolate chips, carob chips, ect!
These cookies have an almost cakey texture, and go very well with tea or milk!
Each cookie: 40 calories, .6 g fat, 1.5 g fiber, 1 g sugar, 1.7 g protein

My food for the day. I ate a big lunch, and had a banana for dinner. If I’m hungry after the gym, I’ll eattt.

Off to the gym!

Summer 2012 begins in a few months. I’m back on it, because you know what… I hate staying  the same weight for three months.

Encouragement needed :P But I GOT THIS.

Also, I’m sick right now, so yeah, perfect time? Haha.

No idea why, haha. I want an hour session in. I only got to work out 40 minutes the other day, and then I was not home yesterday. Boo :(

I really want to switch up the cardio to get time a-moving. Maybe a few minutes of weight lifting as well.

My plan for today:
15 minutes of running at interval training
10 minutes on stationary bicycle, intervals of 2 fast and 2 slow
30 minutes on Arc Trainer
5 minutes of rowing
(Hopefully) 10 minutes of arms, abs, and legs.
